House divorce

It was a "house cooling", kind of the reverse of a "house warming", as Eric and Jacque are moving out of their house and into their cruising boat. This was also why this "tip a few" was exceptionally being hosted by an engage, as Eric did not want to miss his turn but expected to be out of the house by the time the table calls on him.
Their house is located in a part of Portsmouth that I had never visited, and Google got me to visit thoroughly the neighborhood before we got there. The return trip was a lot straighter (at least the road itself was) following the car of Preston, Sherry, John and Susan (don't know who was driving though !).
Eric almost apologized for not being a professional grade cook, but you would not know by sampling the production of the house.
It does not matter how many sailors you get to know from all corners of the world, there is no way you could find one who does not enjoy good food and drinks. This obviously was no exception.
As part of his training, our engage had to fire 2 broadsides, and believe it or not, did not miss a beat on any of the 2. There was some discussion on whether we should say "listo" or "listos" . . . I will check with my spanish speaking translation committee.
Again this time, all those in town who were not prevented by work to join us were attending.
And again, I had forgotten my camera (I am being threatened to loose my job) and borrowed Jacque's camera. The pictures are there however, as usual in the album of the table.
Enjoy
And until next time
Orza !
